In 1988 we started working in the Toronto area with different builders and the Tarion Warranty program. In the early 1990's, our operations expanded to include the Ottawa area.
Our work for Tarion included providing cost estimates and also
repairing warrantable items identified by Tarion.
In 2003, our business expanded to include working with homebuilders
by providing independent, third party pre-delivery inspections.
Since then we have expanded our services to include quality control inspections, 24/7 emergency service and providing several Ottawa builders with temporary service technicians.
Our mission is to assist builders in completing quality homes on schedule.
We can provide qualified and dedicated temporary service technicians and third party quality assurance and pre-delivery inspectors.
